So Cas is human, he is not allowed to stay at the bunker because Gadreel is in Sam and told Dean they are in danger and he would leave if Cas stayed so Cas is in Idaho working in a Gas ‘n Sip when his boss asks him to babysit, only he thought she was asking him on a date and agreed. So he shows up and finds out he has to baby sit. It is adorable, he can’t get it to stop crying and then he is worried because it has a fever and omg Dean shows up to save Cas because…well I won’t reveal the whole thing incase you have not seen it but Dean gives it Tylenol and omg can you imagine Dean and Cas married and adopting a baby. Awww.
